Would a stranger get it?
Open the page on your phone. What do you offer, who is it for, and what happens next? If you need to explain it out loud, the page has work to do.
Four-figure daily ad budgets. Google, Meta, and a healthy obsession with what happens after the click.
I love it when a campaign starts making sense. The right people show up. Enquiries get better. The return starts justifying the spend. And yes—let’s be honest—we want the business to make money. Profitably. That’s the feeling I chase. The road there? A little less tidy.

A BIGGER BUDGET.“Meed comes from Ahmed, but I gave it a meaning: Make Every Effort Deliver. That’s how I approach marketing—every move should count.”
“Deliver” doesn’t mean I win every time.
It means I owe the effort an honest answer: what happened, and what comes next?
Four-figure daily budgets change how you look at a small decision.
A search term. A landing-page headline. The event marked as a conversion. Small things, until money keeps moving through them.
I work with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO and tracking. But knowing which buttons to press is only the start. Knowing what deserves the next dirham—or euro—is the harder question.

Spend brings data.
Attention brings understanding.

I like a better ROAS as much as the next marketer.
I just have a few follow-up questions.
We’re here to make money, not just keep a dashboard entertained. Did those sales leave enough margin? Were the leads any good? Did the customer come back? Because a big revenue number can be very good at distracting us from a small amount left over.
ROAS, CPL, conversion rate—I work with them every day. GA4 and GTM help me check what happened. But if the dashboard is celebrating and the business owner isn’t, we’re not finished.
A lower CPL is a good question, not the whole answer.
Would you still celebrate a 20% drop if the enquiries stopped being relevant? An example to think about, not a claimed campaign result.
I’ve told clients I wouldn’t promote an offer. Not because I disliked the product. Because the numbers didn’t leave them a sensible way to make money.
Paying me to send more people into that problem wouldn’t magically solve it.
I’d rather have an awkward conversation now than send you a beautiful report about money you shouldn’t have spent.
HONESTY FIRST. EVEN WHEN IT MAKES THE CALL A LITTLE QUIET.Try paying an invoice with them.
Let’s make the marketing earn its keep.

Some ideas landed. Some absolutely didn’t.
I’m not airbrushing that bit.
I’ve failed. And yes, it’s annoying when the idea you really liked is the one reality doesn’t like back. You can defend it in a meeting. You can’t argue it into working.
So I go back through the journey. The promise. The audience. The page. The tracking. Somewhere in there is a more useful answer than “let’s just spend more.”
That’s why I get my hands into copy, landing pages, acquisition, tracking and automation. The good part is the next move: a clearer idea, a better test, something worth trying again.
That’s a useful place for a conversation to start.
Casablanca is home. Dubai is another part of my story. Different places remind me how quickly “everyone does it this way” stops being true. Different languages. Different habits. Different reasons to trust a business.
I can bring the acquisition experience. You can tell me what outsiders get wrong about your niche. There’s usually something worth finding between the two.

There’s more
to a person
than their KPIs.
I care about the work.
I also need space to see it clearly.

Good. Let’s make this scroll useful to your business.
↓Try these before you increase a budget. They cost a little attention.
Open the page on your phone. What do you offer, who is it for, and what happens next? If you need to explain it out loud, the page has work to do.
Click your own campaign. The visitor came for a specific promise. Make sure they don’t have to search for it all over again.
A click on “send” isn’t always a completed enquiry. Check your conversion event before you ask the algorithm to find more of it.
“What nearly stopped you?” Their answer might be more useful than your next brainstorm.
From the first order
to the next enquiry.
